Tuscan Pear Cocktail

Tuscan Pear

This Tuscan Pear Cocktail takes me back to when we were travelling through that part of Italy, remembering the beautiful scenery whilst sitting here in front of a roaring fire watching the snow falling outside.

Youtube has some great videos showing you how to make fantastic versions of limoncello although even to buy, it is at a very reasonable price, far more reasonable on the continent though. It’s a drink best served cold, we store our limoncello in the freezer.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Vodka
  • 25ml Limoncello
  • 25ml Gingerbread Syrup
  • Pear juice to fill
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Method:

  1. Put all of the ingredients into your Milk Frother and then top up with pear juice to the max mark.
  2. Replace the lid and then press the start button and wait until finished.
  3. Meanwhile, heat up your glass using hot water from a kettle.
  4. When your milk frother has finished, empty the water out of the glass and fill with your Hot Cocktail.
  5. Enjoy your Tuscan Pear Cocktail topped with a sprig of fresh mint.

Lucy’s Top Tip: Check out our homemade liqueur page for ideas on different fruit flavours you could use in this recipe. Swap out the pear juice and replace it with pear cider for a change.

Drink responsibly and enjoy
