Spiced Gin & Apple Punch

When autumn is starting to make itself known an ideal way of warming you up is a comforting glass of Hot Spiced Gin & Apple Punch, just the thing to enjoy with a group of friends on a cold evening. All of the flavours blend perfectly together.

Don’t think that you can’t drink this at any time of the year, it would be perfect after a BBQ or watching the sun go down at the beach.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Gin
  • 25ml Winter Spice Syrup
  • Demerara sugar to taste (optional)
  • Apple juice to fill
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon or orange juice

Method:

  1. Put the Gin, sugar and Winter Spice Syrup into a milk frother and then top the liquid level up to the max with apple juice.
  2. Replace the lid ad press start.
  3. Wait until your milk frother has finished and strain straight into your glass.
  4. Add the fresh lemon or orange juice to taste.
  5. Garnish with a fresh slice of apple, orange and star anise and/or a cinnamon stick.
  6. Enjoy your Hot Spiced Gin & Apple Punch.

Lucy’s Top Tip:– You could also add a dash (about 15ml) of Gingerbread Syrup for a different twist. Experiment with different flavours, let us know your favourite.
