Great Ideas for Hot Cocktails

Let's talk about Hot Cocktails!

Try one of our ever expanding range of Hot Cocktail recipes

We love the taste and aromas of Hot Cocktails but really don’t enjoy the sometimes lengthy cooking process and the washing up afterwards so we’ve developed a quick and easy way to make delicious Hot Cocktails on demand at home.

Our Secret?

We use a very simple and basic Milk Frother. It allows us to make individual servings in seconds. It not only perfectly mixes all of the ingredients but heats the contents up to a point where it is just right to drink but without overheating and losing any of the alcohol and essential flavourings. Click here for full instructions.

Milk Frother Instructions

These are going to be the easiest instructions you’ve ever followed to make a great tasting HotCocktail. We’re using the Ambiano Milk Frother, other milk frothers should be fairly similar.

Put all the ingredients in the Milk Frother ensuring you don’t go over the max fill line. Replace the lid and press the upper button to start heating your HotCocktail. Wait two minutes until the Milk Frother switches itself off and then pour your drink into a nice prewarmed glass.

Please don’t worry about getting the exact ingredients listed in our recipes. We’ve used what we have had to hand or is local to us. Do the same, experiment and if you find a flavour combination that you love then please do let us know.

To help with measurements we’ve been standing our milk frother on top of a Digital Kitchen Scale just like this one. Set the scale to zero and add in the ingredients. You can even reset the scales back to zero after every addition.

Drink responsibly and enjoy.
