Ingredients:
- 50ml Bacardi or white rum
- 25ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- Demerara sugar
- Apple juice to fill
Method:
- Put the Bacardi and syrup in your milk frother and then top the liquid level up to the max with apple juice.
- Replace the lid and press start.
- Wait until your milk frother has finished and pour straight into your preheated glass.
- Add demerara sugar to taste, you might not need it depending on your cider choice.
- Decorate with a slice of apple.
- Enjoy your Orchard Pleaser.
Lucy’s Top Tip:– As an alternative, this can also be made with dark rum for a softer finish. If so, you might want to swap the demerara sugar for regular white sugar, sometimes you’ll find that all of the other flavours overpower some of the lessor flavours, such as the molasses in this case.
