Baileys Hot Coffee

baileys hot coffee

Baileys Original Irish Cream and hot coffee are a match made in heaven either drank separately or combined, which could be one of the reasons why Baileys make a coffee flavoured version of the original.

The Baileys website includes a couple of recipes using their liqueurs and this is a slightly modified version, just to make it suit the volume of our milk frother. As always, experiment with different ratios or different Baileys flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • Coffee to top up
  • Chocolate sprinkles to garnish

Method:

  1. Put the Baileys in your milk frother and then top the liquid level up to the max with coffee Hot or cold).
  2. Replace the lid and press start.
  3. Wait until your milk frother has finished and pour straight into your preheated glass.
  4. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
  5. Enjoy your Baileys Hot Coffee.

Mark’s Top Tip: Baileys make a range of different flavoured liqueurs such as Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Coffee, Orange Truffle, Almande, Red Velvet Cupcake and Strawberries & Cream. I’ll leave you to try some of the other versions (if you can find them). Let us know how you get on.

There’s no reason why you couldn’t float double cream on to the top of your Baileys Coffee.
